The Upcycle Club
The Upcycle Club is a series of websites each documenting the history of one article of clothing accessed through a QR code found on the garment itself. This project was created as means of reducing the overwhelmingly high levels of pollution produced by the fashion industry every year. The site here is just a proof of concept that follows the journey of a t-shirt as it switches hands between multiple owners. Users are able to post text and photos, as well as find resources for up-cycling, donating or selling the garment once they’re done with it.
